TKO Cognitive Performance helps high-performance individuals build the physical, psychological, and emotional fitness necessary to thrive in high-pressure environments.
We combine evidence-based psychotherapy, strength & conditioning, and functional nutrition to build adaptability and resilience.
This isn't generic talk therapy. This is a structured, multi-dimensional framework for people who carry tremendous responsibilities.
What We Build
Who We Serve
The problem is not a moral failure or character deficiency.
It's accumulated stress with no regeneration. It's energy stuck. It's a misdirected purpose.
High performers are praised for discipline and endurance — but over time, chronic stress degrades you. TKO exists to provide relief.

Meet Your Coach
MA, MS, APCC, CSCS · Founder of TKO Cognitive Performance
I'm a licensed Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #18567) with a master's degree from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego. I've been a certified strength & conditioning coach since 2013, completing a master of science in coaching and exercise science from Concordia University Irvine in 2018.
Before TKO, I spent over a decade in collegiate strength & conditioning working with elite athletes. I made the transition to mental health to pursue my life's work — creating genuine, compassionate helping relationships with individuals who desire to live and perform better.
I specialize in integrative psychotherapy and evidence-based treatments for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in military populations. My training and personal mental health journey inform my work with grief, identity, life transitions, chronic illness, and moral injury. My experience as a coach makes me uniquely suited to prescribing exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle interventions to enhance brain wellness and life satisfaction.
Take the First Step
The toughest humans often wait too long to ask for help. But life is too precious for suppression or avoidance. New levels of performance require an unburdening — and that starts with one conversation.
